DEKA buys on Bordeauxs main shopping street (FR)

Corio France, represented by international real estate advisor Savills and Cushman & Wakefield, has sold a retail property at 50-60 Rue Sainte-Catherine, Bordeaux to Deka Immobilien for €68 million.

The retail premises at 50-60 Rue Sainte-Catherine in Bordeaux were recently purchased by Deka Immobilien.
The building, which was refurbished in 2003, is fully occupied on the basis of long-term lease agreements to main tenant H&M, with a further three units let to FNAC, SEPHORA and GO Sport. It has four floors with a total area of circa 16,700 m².

Corio France is a subsidiary of the international property company Corio. Deka has invested for its Westinvest Interselect open-ended property fund.
