CB Richard Ellis Investors buys Dutch portfolio (NL)
Monday 23 July 2007 CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund III, a fund managed by CB Richard Ellis Investors, has acquired from a Dutch private investor a real estate portfolio comprising 22 properties (two logistic centers and 20 office buildings).
The properties are located throughout the Netherlands and represent a total area of 122,000 m², split into 42,000 m² of logistic space and 80,000 m² of office space. Through this acquisition, CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund III continues its pan European acquisition program. The fund portfolio comprises buildings located in the large metropolitan areas of France, Belgium and Germany. The portfolio purchased is the fundâ€™s first acquisition in the Netherlands. CBRE Investors is the wholly-owned, independently managed, investment management affiliate of the worldâ€™s leading real estate services firm, CB Richard Ellis. It has over €22 billion of assets under management worldwide, about 46% of which are in Europe.
