Aberdeen signs asset and property management contract in the Netherlands (NL)
Tuesday 20 July 2010 Aberdeen’s property arm in the Netherlands has signed an asset and property management contract with HSH Real Estate AG, Hamburg, for Boulevard Hoogstad, a 16,000-m² retail center at the Gerard Burgerlaan in Vlaardingen.
Boulevard Hoogstad is let to 12 retailers specialized in home decoration and electronics. The center, recently purchased by LB Immo Invest GmbH, is let to 12 retailers specialized in home decoration and electronics. The new contract with LB Immo Invest GmbH is effective as of July 1, 2010. Bob Reidsma, Country Manager responsible for Aberdeen’s property activities in the Netherlands commented: “We are very pleased with this second assignment with LB Immo Invest GmbH and their parent company HSH Real Estate AG. It shows the confidence HSH Real estate has in Aberdeen as their asset manager in the Netherlands. “The new assignment has increased the total portfolio of assets under management in the Netherlands, servicing eight Dutch and international clients, to over €900 million.” Source: Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited
